Compare Dragons is a free, non-commercial fan project built strictly as an interactive educational comparator for House of the Dragon and A Song of Ice and Fire.

2. Local Data Storage & State Persistence
When you use our scale arena to customize your selected dragons or riders, your preferences (such as unit choice of meters vs. feet, active zoom level, or URL query parameters) are stored temporarily in your browser's local state (`window.history` and local URL query strings).
No entity selections or arena configurations are transmitted to external database servers or stored on remote clouds.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We do not deploy invasive tracking cookies, cross-site behavioral retargeting scripts, or third-party data broker SDKs. Standard, aggregated web server traffic logs (such as total pageviews, browser user-agent types, and HTTP referrer headers) may be recorded for performance monitoring, server security, and anti-abuse protection.
